The best way to know is through experiencing life coaching yourself. 30 minutes free sample session will be given to you, fun and inspiration can be looked forward to.
What language will the coaching session be in?
Coaching sessions can be in English, Mandarin, Malay, or Cantonese. It's all depends on what you preferred.
I'm staying quite far away, it might be inconvenient...
No Worries! Life coaching can be done through calls as well. As long as you have whatsapp, Wechat, Skype, Zoom, or any other sort of apps, distance is not a problem even you are from overseas!
